The following individuals are prohibited from creating an Account or using ug45 Services:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of ug45 and their immediate family members

• Individuals who have been previously banned or excluded from ug45 for violating these Terms
• Individuals using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to disguise their actual location

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
